To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

You have our guarantee for hassle-free returns! Return anything, anytime for free! No restocking fees, processing fees or ridiculous fees. 

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If your package is lost in transit, simply let us know, preferably no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If it was our fault, we'll fix it! 

 

If your address is considered insufficient by the courier or shipments are unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

What items are returnable?

  • Preferably within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • Preferably in the original packaging

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts, giveaways or promotional items
  • Items purchased on a previous refunded credit (uncommon)
  • Items received over 30 days from shipping receipt, unless you have proof your items are in new condition and unworn. 

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received a misprinted/damaged/defective product. In this case, we will cover the return shipping charges. 


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied.
